Welcome to the Tintswalo Hospital website.

Tintswalo is a 423 bedded acute hospital in the beautiful province of Mpumalanga. The hospital was first established in 1937 and since then has grown to the busy, thriving unit it is today. The hospital has dedicated, casualty, high care, paediarics, obstetrics, gynaecology, psychiatric, surgical and medical wards as well as a busy operating complex.

Tintswalo is located in the busy township of Acornhoeck in Mpumalanga province.

The hospital shares a catchment area of approximately 1.5 millon people with Rob Ferreira hospital (approximately 2.5 hrs drive away).

The hospital is busy seeing up to 500 patients a day between the outpatients and casualty.

It is undoubtedly a fun and fufilling place to work.
